Product Owner

As a Product Owner at Gofive, you will lead the strategy and development of our cutting-edge SaaS solutions, including CRM, E-tax, and HR management systems. You'll transform user feedback and pain points into actionable stories, driving the product roadmap to meet business goals. Utilizing Scrum methodology, you’ll ensure smooth sprint execution and seamless collaboration across teams. Your goal is to continuously enhance the user journey, delivering an exceptional product experience that empowers businesses in their digital transformation.

What you'll do:

• Define and drive the product roadmap, strategy, and objectives.
• Gather and analyze user pain points and requirements to enhance product development.
• Translate issues and requirements into actionable user stories and backlogs for the development team.
• Oversee product development using the Scrum framework, ensuring backlogs are effectively managed for each sprint.
• Lead and participate in key team processes, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Daily Scrum, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Continuously refine the User Journey/Customer Journey to optimize user experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Designers, Testers, and Marketing.
• Innovate and improve organizational processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to communicate technical discussion with IT teams.
• Organized and capable of handling, tracking, and troubleshooting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Has knowledge and working experience in HRM or CRM products are preferred
