Business Analyst/System Analyst

- เป็นบริษัท start up ที่ตั้งขึ้นในปี 2017 และได้รับทุนสนับสนุนจากหลายๆโครงการ (อาทิ dtac accelerate, Depa)

- โฟกัสในการพัฒนาระบบ AI และ Chatbot ให้ลูกค้ากลุ่ม SMEs และ Enterprise

- ปัจจุบันมีลูกค้าธุรกิจมากกว่า 50,000 ราย และ เป็น Official Facebook Business Partner

เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งงาน / Role and Responsibilities 

• Analyze business requirements and summarize in documents

• Brief team and communicate with developers in team

• Design solution and functionality (flow chart, interaction diagram, data flow ,etc.)

• Design conversation flow of AI chatbot software

• Test quality of software product

• Lead client training session and create manual for training

• Initiate new idea of new products/new features

วันลา: 15 วันต่อปี 

โบนัส (กลางปี และ ปลายปี) :  ตาม Performance

ขึ้นเงินเดือน (ประเมินหลังผ่านโปร 4 เดือน และ ทุกสิ้นปี) : ตาม Performance 

เวลาทำงาน : จันทร์ - ศุกร์ 10.00-18.00 (Flexible)
