Required to set up CRM systems linking to a client's e-commerce website.
The job may become full-time permanent with the client if successfully implemented.
Key areas the client needs are:
1. Contact / database management
2. Interaction tracking with specific contacts
3. Lead management – identifying, scoring, and moving leads through the sales pipeline
4. Email integration, allowing for management and segmentation of contact lists.
5. Facebook & Google Analytics integration
7. Pipeline management
8. Quotes/proposal management
9. Forecasting systems to generate predictions for future sales figures
