Customer Success (FMCG Data Solution)

You will be a part of an exciting team with high ambition to transform FMCG industry with Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing technology. 

Salary:up to 40-55k THB  

You will be exposed to the following tasks:

- Conduct workshops with customer to gather customer requirements on application setup, dashboard & report. 

- Understand customer pain points of their current operations and able to help design the solutionusing Zeen Audit with them  

- Successfully plan, execute and maximize the value of the application to the customers according to their needs 

- Communicate with the internal team to facilitate the implementation of the application for customer 

- Deliver reports to customer and work with them to extract useful business insights  

Qualification

- 2-5 years exp in FMCG in sales / channel management / market development positon or market research e.g. Nielson, Kantar, IPSOS 

- 1 year experience in Market Analysis or Market Research Presentation to management team or customers (in Retails business). 

- Experience in field marketing and in-store retail execution is a plus 

- 1 year exp in Project Management 

- Experience in excel, pivot table, BI or data visualization tool  

- Good communication skill.
