Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive/Manager to work with our team in Bangkok. You will be responsible for expanding our reach in existing accounts and new clients by engaging with business customers to show how they can drive a predictable revenue using our product.

Role:

• Identify the customer’s pain point, translate it into product requirement,  and come up with a solution to solve such paint point using our  Sales Intelligence Platform 
• "Smash" Monthly and Quarterly sales targets
• Generate, Explore and develop new business sales
• Maintain a solid opportunity pipeline
• Meeting clients and conducting product demonstrations
• Make a follow-up call, create a quotation, and negotiate to close the deals 
• Writing a comprehensive proposal for customization projects
• Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager

Qualifications:

• Experience in software sales, with solution selling and direct selling experience to medium and large organizations, is a big plus but not required
• Experience in selling to non-IT functions such as Sales, Marketing, and/or Management
• Have a technical background and know-how to sell to the enterprise clients
• Excellent technical IT aptitude and a fast learner!
• Consultative, friendly yet focused "Solution Selling" approach: true trusted advisor approach
• Ability to talk confidently to CTO, CIO, IT Managers, and Procurement Managers about high-level IT solutions and technical concepts
• Good command of English
• Willing to switch roles according to the business need
• Highly motivated and eager to learn new technologies
• Education in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
