Job Description SA

Responsible for the following positions:

- Study the scope and conditions of the contract work.

- Prepare a plan for the development and installation of the system software by evaluating the time and resources to be used for the development of the system.

- Study the results of the System Requirements Study (SRS)

- Analyze and design the work system. Present to customers and prepare design documents, work systems,

- Prepare system development documents and assign tasks to program developers to develop programs according to the standard format set by the agency

- Conduct system testing In case the program is incorrect, provide the details of the correction. The system allows the developer to make corrections.

- Installation, system and customer testing (UAT)

- Prepare information and work systems for training and be a lecturer for administrators of work systems.

- Monitor, control and supervise the development of the work system to be accurate, complete and in accordance with the development and installation plan of the work system software.

- Report project status, progress, and problems to supervisors and project managers.

- Coordinate and build good relationships with customers and related parties to ensure that the operation is in accordance with the plan and achieves the objectives of the contract.

- Practice the use of tools or equipment or software for the development of work systems to become proficient.

- Report performance to supervisors. 

Qualification 

• Bachelor's degree / or equivalent in Computer Management Science, Computer Engineering, or related field 

• Do a new project that is a web application for at least 2 years, at least 2 projects (if it is a project that makes a government agency, it will be a special consideration)

• Consideration does not include MA, In-House projects, or works that are built on systems that are application software packages.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Java or Angular Developer 

• Must have direct experience in data collection and analysis, data approach and problem solving. As well as the ability to develop the original document very well.

• Experience working with software development companies will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills, good presentation and document management skills, and logical and analytical thinking skills.

• Ability to work proactively and always eager to learn new things.
