Roles & Responsibilities

•Analyze business user requirements, define standard process &business services.

•Create and maintain business requirements document including businessworkflow and data flow diagram which can be understandable by business andtechnical team

•Providethe end to end solution analysis by identifying business need, businessconstraints, business impacts and new opportunities which may have in the future

•Provideall requirements, application design, data base design to software developmentteam. Perform detail modules-design, explain & support team for developmentand testing according to procedural standards.

•Writefunctional specification and document for application.

•Responsiblefor testing the system with customers including up to the application systemthat is enabled

•Assistin troubleshooting software application issues.

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,IT, MIS, Business Computer or arelated field

•Experience in role of Business/SystemAnalyst orBusinessProcess Improvementin web-based or mobile applicationat least 1 years

•Skills and knowledges on BusinessAnalysis, System Analysis and product R&D

•Skills in any related BA/SAstandard trending tools as preferred

•High creativity thinking with braveand willingness personality to represent product functional and innovation

•Excellent system problem diagnosisand solving skills combining with an ability to perform technical communicationbetween developer team and related parties
