Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinating and implementing both small and large-scale projects with various business units (such as business development, wealth management, operations , financial markets and asset management)
Working with cross-functional team to develop business requirement including design end-to-end process, develop, test and implement new business workflow and system
Developing and maintaining business process documentations for further use as reference for test case preparation, evaluate overall risk and control, training documents, further improvements
Conducting analysis and design of existing and new business processes that relates to multiple areas of the organization including Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology
Identifying and defines success measurements for each process implementations and establish a plan to track, monitor, resolve issues and continuously measure the success of those measurements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field
At least 3 years of working experience in any fields related to Banking, Consumer Lending, or Retail Marketing, preferred experience in credit card/ debit card business.
A wide degree of creativity with analytical, interpersonal and presentation skill.
Self-motivated, proactive and innovative
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with creative thinking
Focus on financial model of new business/new initiative
Cross functional work to support Corporate Strategy initiatives
