Senior Data Scientist

Job Purpose 

We are looking for a skilled data scientist with experience in data science and AI development projects to join our data science team. You will be responsible to develop machine learning models for AI products and AI projects (both structured and unstructured data) across a wide range of industries with software engineering, operation, and business teams. This role required a combination of strong data science and problem-solving skills develop to cutting-edge ML/AI models. You will also participate AI academy as a lecturer and advisor. In addition, as a senior data scientist, you will advise, review, and validate junior members’ work. 

Accountabilities

• Preprocess data, transform data, create machine learning models, evaluate performance, and communicate outcome with team/clients Cross-validate models to ensure their generalizability.
• Monitor the performance of data scientists (Associate) and providing them with practical guidance, as needed
• Collaborate with software engineers to build machine learning pipelines
• Lead trainings and consultancy sessions on data science and AI training programs
• Conducting research on new technologies for business team 

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data science and machine learning (structured and unstructured data)
• At least 3 years of experience in data science in industrial or businesssettings
• Strong coding knowledge and experience with Python
• Experience with visualizing and presenting data using Power BI and others
• Experience in software development
• Experience in Teaching and consulting
