Business Analyst Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan for business requirement management which gather the user requirements including documentatiom for understand and able to analyze business requirements.
• Manage and plan for elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, sureveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or requirements workshops.
• Manage and plan for make documents of business system analysis and development projects for presentation according to business needs and follow standard project form which consists of principle and reason , objective and target , sofware inroduce and vender profile , license structure, project work structure (get requirement,veder chosen,process brief, implement, tesr&run, complete&go live), project team set up, implement plan (plan&scope, define, design, develop, deploy), timeline and budget.
• Manage and plan for monitor, support and control to development project timeline and budgets with have to completely in time and efficency include able to extrend in the future.
• Collect and analyze the project's business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team.
• Ability to lead internal teams.
• Manage changes to requirements through effective use of change control processes and tools.
• Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and busineess experts. 

Qualifications

• Experience above 5 years in business system analyst, Project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer Science, computer engineering, computer technology, Management information system (MIS), business  analyst (BA) or relevant field.
• Experience for leader or manager(PM) in IT project management such as ERP:microsoft dynamic 365, warehouse management system, CRM:salesforce, data mining and analytical will be given special consideration.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Visio.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and other tools as necessary.
• Experience and understanding in software development life cycle(SDLC), consulting services or project-based environment, Ability to communicate (Verbal and written) with business units that rely on that information to define system requirements or organizational processes.
• Can take initiative to lead tasks, make presentations and keep a team-oriented properly.
• Leadership skill and interpersonal skill is prefer 

(Working Time: Mon-Fri, Time at 9 AM - 6 PM and the end of Sat, time at 9 AM - 1 PM)
