As a Microsoft Solutions Engineer at UIH, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive technology solutions. These solutions will leverage Microsoft’s wide range of technologies, including collaboration tools, cloud infrastructure, and advanced data and AI capabilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions that maximize the potential of Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to assess their IT infrastructure, collaboration requirements, and business goals. Design tailored solutions that integrate Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and other related Microsoft services) to optimize their operations.
- Implementation: Configure, deploy, and manage technology services and components. Ensure these solutions are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing issues related to technology services and solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, including system configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
- Training: Train clients' IT teams on the proper use and management of technology services.
- Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest developments in technology trends and emerging Microsoft technologies. Recommend improvements and optimizations to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Microsoft-based solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in digital workspace, data, AI, cloud computing, and IT solutions such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (and other related certifications)
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, collaboration tools, infrastructure, and data and AI services.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
