Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for leader QA engineer with hands-on experience on software development quality process as well as the UI, API automation test framework. You will be involved in every step of the development life cycle to ensure the quality standard of product released iterations.

Responsibilities

• Establishes the quality process for the team and guides developers to follow by providing a unit test checklist, integrated code coverage tool, and testing scenarios in advance of each feature implementation.
• Leads communication with project/product managers actively to discuss bug-reprioritization or to support visualization on analyzing bug types and status.
• Creates the workflows and API/UI automation rules and applies on CI/CD deployment.
• Manages customer issues depend on priorities by providing back data through result analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Adopts Jira into the process and manages issues, teams’ progress, and quality status on working sprints.
• Works functional test, API test, data validation in DB, and monitors server logs and data in DB.
• Ability to set up API automation test framework using Postman and Newman.
• Ability Set up End-to-End automation test framework such as Selenium, Robot Framework, Playwright, etc.
• Ability tp improve the automation test coverage for regression test on CI/CD pipeline.
• Security vulnerabilities and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) verifications are plus.
• Able to maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements
• Ability to work in intensive fast forward atmosphere and agile development model.
• Ability to work as a team as well as independently. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Spoken and written English, Japanese is a plus
• TOEIC's Score of 700 (min.), JLPT is a plus
