Responsibilities: 

• Contribute to the development team, helping innovate functionality of company IoT platform. 
• Evolve the current backend coding into a REST/JSON-based micro-services model. 
• Develop next generation of internal & external APIs, and expand in-app functionality with new payment processing integrations and features. 
• Assist customers manage and execute product smoothly over the company IoT platform. 
• Full stack MERN development framework. 
• Mentor and coach colleagues to expand the effectiveness of those around you. 
• Assure a high standard of quality in your own work and in the work of others on your team via good design principles, process improvements, safety, clean designs, smart testing and review practices. 
• Work on cross-functional engineering teams on all aspects of the product life cycle. 
• Other programming assignments. 

Qualification: 

• Bachelor or equivalent experience in related field. 
• Specialization: Computer Engineering, or Computer science Note: Formal learning necessary for comprehending and coping with problem solving and decision making of the job. 
• Experience Year: > 3 years. 
• Experience Field: Full stack MERN and test-driven development. 
• Post qualification experience normally required to acquire the know-how for satisfactory performance of the job. 
• Extremely proficient with Mongo, Express, React.js, Node.js, OOP & MVC principles, architectural design patterns. 
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Memcache, and Micro-Services. 
• Proven experience with data validation, form submission & processing, and performance tuning. 
• Experience developing RESTful APIs, JSON, and multi-threaded web services. 
• Strong experience with Mongo; building complex queries and schema designs. 
• Strong knowledge of Linux and web server technologies. 
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, along with JIRA, Trello, Bitbucket, Slack, and Git. 
• Strong written and technical communication skills. 
• Familiar with Payment Gateways, credit card processing systems are a plus. 
• Familiarity with React-Native. 
• Hands-on attitude and strong work ethic. 
• Ability to take direction from others while also being able to work independently. 
• Skillful at solving problems with enthusiasm and creativity. 
• Self-starting, inquisitive, flexible, multi-tasking. 
• Driven to maintain high standards of quality, even under pressure. 
• Able to work in an Agile/Scrum development process.
