Software Engineer (Java Developer)

Job highlight :

• At least 3 - 15 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Frameworks and Libraries: Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate, Maven/Gradle.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Databases: PL/SQL, SQL/NoSQL databases such as Microsoft SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB.
• Experience with microservices architecture is a plus.

• Proficiency with public cloud services like AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Special skills: Workflow Management, User Hierarchy, CRM Sale and Service development 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage developers in your squad.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including EA, Front-end Team, BU, project manager, and IT testers.
• Develop JAVA programs for CRM Sale and Service Journey, focusing on business logic and major components for all front-ends/channels.
• Conduct unit testing for the Sale and Service module. 
• Coordinate with related parties EA, Front-end Team, BU, project manager and IT tester
• Technical analysis and application design aligned with standard in IT Blueprint
• Participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Write clean and efficient code.
• Conduct software testing and debugging.
• Collaborate on code reviews.
• Monitor and maintain existing software systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Document software processes and specifications.
• Provide technical support and handle Jira tickets.

Qualifications​: 

• Degree in Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or related fields  
• At least 3 - 15 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations 
• Ability to consult management and engineering teams with technical advice
