Senior Service Delivery Manager

Job Scope:

• Lead and Manage team to deliver overall project and BAU operation activities with result oriented by timeline​
• Define / Plan / Manager project scope and objectives given by project owner or executive within project plan, deliverables, budget, and risks​
• Manage and Maintain system platform under COE custodian to ensure no impact to BAU operation and continue improvement to supported business units​
• Constantly monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders, as well as follow up if service delivery is not meet expectation​
• Responsible and accountable with value chain business units to achieve business profit growth as company strategy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.​
• Must have in Banking Application architecture design and technical solution.​
• Must have experience in Tech lead, Project lead, Project Management, and related fields.​
• Happy to Building relationship, leadership, and people management skills.​
• Good communication, collaboration, and coordination.
