Product Owner

 Job Description 

• Define the Product Vision, develops, owns, and executesproduct roadmap 

• Manage, maintain product backlog and continuously reviewsthe business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables,and identifies opportunities and risks 

• Lead the release plans and set expectations for deliveryof new functionalities or features and communicate to stakeholders 

• Partners with business and stakeholders to understanddirection, business process, customer interactions, and ways to enhance theoverall experience 

• Work with Business Analyst in translating product roadmapfeatures into detailed product features, user stories, and acceptance testcriteria 

• Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assignedproducts, balancing the requirements of stakeholders 

• Evaluate progress against predefined goals ensure thatthe product is on track and delivering value to the customers and the business 

• Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals 

• Facilitate, gather feedback and maintain appropriatetracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate futureinvestment 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in field of SoftwareEngineering, Computer Science / Engineering, IT or related fields 

• Five more years of experience in Product Owner, ProjectManagement or Software Product Development and familiarity with customer journey in banking and financial services 

• Strong knowledge of banking products, banking operationsand financial regulations and standards 

• Self-organized and self-motivated, creativity andbusiness mindset  

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadershipskills 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Understanding of technology trends, constraints, andeffective communication with development teams 

• Good knowledge in banking processes, products andservices 

• Understanding of Agile principles and agile methodologyand strong in project management and knowledge of software engineeringmethodologies
