Back-End Team Leads (Near BTS/MRT Area)

Job Summary:We are looking for an analytical, results-driven Back-end developer who will lead the team members to troubleshoot and improve current back-end applications and processes.

• The Back-end Developer will use his or her understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze current codes and industry developments, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a more seamless experience for users.
• You should have excellent communication, computer, and project management skills.To succeed, you should be focused on building a better, more efficient program and creating a better end-user experience.
• You should be knowledgeable in Node.JS, Typescripts, Micro-services, Postgresql, Redis, Elastic Search etc.

What you'll do:

• Design overall technical architecture of the platform including backendinfrastructure, database storage and API for applications.
• Lead the development and enhancement of main functionality of digital products using the latest technology stack and related frameworks.
• Ability to apply coding design pattern to achieve well architected design.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Make code-level architectural decisions to ensure optimum performance and high level of code security.
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developer with server- side logic.
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implementation of security and data protection.
• Corporate with stakeholders such as project manager, system analyst and QA to ensure seamless integration.
• Knowledge of AWS services would be an advantage

What we're looking in you:

• Minimum 5-8 years+ experience in back-end programming
• Proficient knowledge of Node.js, Typescript, Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices / serverless, Relational Databases
• Experience in automate deployment CI/ CD
• Experience in Cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud
• Strong task management & prioritization skill
• Have a good critical thinking skill on both technology and business requirement sides
• Strong communication and coordination skill
• Strong plus if you have an experience on Agile Environment
