Senior RPA Developer

Job Description:

• Develop and design technical architecture for RPA projects and create test procedures and scenarios document for user acceptance test. 
• Provide and recommend appropriate Automation solutions for business needs.
• Working closely with customers and business analysts to analyze and design solutions based on business requirements. 
• Support the development team as needed to ensure successful deployment, debug, and correct any issues. 
• Investigate and conduct detailed analysis of Automation Incidents and process exceptions.
• Implementing and configuring the robots to related IT solutions to ensure successful deployment into the production environment.
• Apply Automation workflow with the best practices when developing or maintaining workflows.
• Planning robotics automation sprints based on IT and business input to ensure fast deployment into production, carrying out robot performance testing and standby support after go-life.
• Overseeing the technical components needed for the robots to run.
• Providing, monitoring, and ensuring the smooth operations of the underlying infrastructure and hosting environments.
• Ensuring the application of standards in relation to testing across processes.
• Accessing, optimizing, and creating process definition requirements (PDR).
• Developing process according to agreed PDR and summarize technical aspects to Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Investigating the root causes of incidents and re-routing for resolute
• Provide maintenance to production workflows by ensuring second level support for workflow incidents, investigate reported errors, agree on error severity, and propose resolution respect SLAs agreed with the client.
• Report issue to third level support (Automation Vendor) if incident cannot be solved by the internal team, ensure development fix, unit testing and production deployment preparation.
• Integrating automation tools with programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years' experience in automation field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in programming language (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development.
• Interested in Robot, Automation, AI Technology, also knowledge of AI and Machine Learning.
• Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
• Experience with one or more Automation technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and automated processes are a plus.
• Possesses good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
• A good team player collaborates well in cross-functional teams is a must.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum master development methodology.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

RPA DEVELOPER (Junior Level)

Job Description: 

• Deploy Automation components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools.  
• Support the launch and implementation of Automation solutions.  
• Work with Business Analysts,Scrum Masters, Agile, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver impacting business projects.  
• Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.  
• Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of thesolutions.  
• Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in anon-call rotation as-needed.  
• Identifying and designing business processes for automation.  
• Setting up, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function atoptimum efficiency.  
• Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.  
• Ensuring quality automation.  
• Other tasks as assigned.  

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science.  
• New Graduate are welcome.  
• Hands on experience on Automation tools and cognitive platforms are a plus.  
• 0+ years of experience in any of the programming languages is a plus  
• Knowledge of Big Data.  
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.  
• Ability to work through ambiguous situations.  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects.
