Head of Digital Solutions

 Description 

This person will drive our business transformation focused on transforming the traditional learning and development into digital transformation. You will work collaboratively with all stakeholders both external and internal team to deliver digital solutions to enhance the client learning experience. 

Primary Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Develop and be the owner of digital business strategy including Sales, Marketing, and Operations;
• Oversee digital business and implementations in order to drive the business growth strategies; 
• Build Slingshot's digital solutions designed to enhance the client experience and meet all relevant client's needs for future stage of leadership development; 
• Build Slingshot's digital solutions designed to enhance the client experience and meet allrelevant client's needs for future stage of leadership development;
• Work hand-in-hand with colleagues from other functions for development of new digital solutions leveraging Slingshot's and external platform capabilities; 
• Manage and inspire small but high performingteam. 

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor or higher degree ideally from Business, Marketing, Digital Technologies or similarrelevant field; 
• Previous experience and a passion on leadership development and make great things happen; 
• Experience in driving business, executing strategic visions and designing innovative projects; 
• Experience in planning and implementing pilot projects with digital solutions preferred. 

 Knowledge and Skills: 

• Highly articulate with an excellent command of written Thai & English; 
• Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content to create business impacts on branding and marketing; 
• Good knowledge of content marketing, digital marketing, marketing database and social media; 
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success. 

Personnel Requirements: 

• Thai nationality; 
• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines on multiple assignments; 
• Ability to work autonomously under limited resources.
