Product Owner

As a Product Owner with SkillLane, you will manage multiple complex web and technology projects and help teams adopt Agile Methodology.This role is a critical one in our organization that ensures we consistently deliver the highest quality products to our customers.You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where collaboration with internal teams and customers is key to your day-to-day success

Responsibilities: 

• Strategize and develop features for SkillLane products
• Define product vision, road-map, and growth opportunities.
• Ensure product aligns with company mission and goals
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlogs, bugs and development for the productExperience managing product development deliverables such as requirements gathering,user story writing, acceptance testing, and releases
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount tasks to work on
• Collaborate with business team, designer team, product scrum team, and other related teamsto establish product timeline, workflows, and goals
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product 

Qualifications: 

• Thai nationality
• Academic Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields
• At least 2 years of experiences as a Product Owner or Project Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles, technical understanding of products, and up-to-dateon industry standards and best practices
• Solid understanding of the product life-cycle
• Comfortable working with multiple teams
• Understanding of and experience working with web and mobile, video streaming technology in the contextof enterprise architecture and infrastructure
