We're a growing team of software developers who are continuously and closely working with other teams in ShobShop Media to scale our Social Commerce Platform with current 220K monthly active users bigger and better. 

Your role:

• Build and develop scalable API server using Nodejs
• Incorporate Database into API as Data Persistence
• Write clean, functional, performant, and maintainable codes for backend applications.
• Focus on developing features, fixing bugs and refining performance as member of agile development team
• Collaborate with frontend developers and architects to deliver robust, high quality API features
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and better assist other team members
• Supervise entry-level developers

Requirements/Capabilities:

• At least 3 years experience of building API server
• Can make use of Javascript or ECMAScript (2015 or higher) and its ecosystem
• Experience with Relational and Document-based DBMS
• Experience with Cloud-Native Application Development is a plus
• Experience with Software Testing is a plus
• Strong Commitment to timeline and quality
• Fast learner. Able to adapt to new technologies and methodologies
• Strong problem solving, analytical/logical thinking, and verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with commerce business or related fields is a plus
