Work closely with developer, product owner and customer support team
Create test cases/suites in manual/automated testing (Robot framework, Cypress, etc.)
Maintain the automated testing code,pipeline and result to perform as expected and follow coding standards
Review team’s automate code before merging and provide guidance for team to improve
Provide user story backlog story point with team accurately base on team’s performance and experiences
Create test sub-tasks in each user story backlog in sprint planning
Hands on experience or technical skills to team members
Initiate ideas/solutions for leading team to be able to solve problem together
Achieve the sprint with team by every user story backlog is passed the test cases
Track and test every bug that is reported from customer support team
Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
Assist operations and co-operation function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
Qualifications:
At least 3+ years experience in software testing
Graduated or experienced in faculty/area related to software development
Strong in automated testing skills and also have well design practice for coding
Experience well-defined scenarios, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria, as well as preparing test reports
Understand the details of testing in each type and know which one to be selected to use in the right situation(User Acceptance Test, System Integration Testing, Sanity Testing, Regression Testing, Unit Testing)
Understand the fundamentals of the test level ex. UI/API/E2E
Practical experience in carrying out software testing and communicating bugs/issues back to the development team.
Experience in “Scrum” methodology
Experience in git and gitflow
Able to do training/communication with support team
Experience in various automated testing frameworks and pipelines
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
