Mobile Develop (Android, Flutter, and iOS)

Android (Kotlin)

Responsibilities

• Build a premier native Android application
• Daily hands-on coding handling the development backlog
• Design and implement automated testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end)
• Work with frontend and backend engineers to integrate with backend REST APIs
• Collaborate with product and design teams to build a delightful mobile experience

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience of shipping Android apps to Google Play (at least 1-2 years using Kotlin)
• Experience building and maintaining testable codebases, including API design and testing techniques
• Strong grasp of the intricacies of the Android lifecycle 
• You explore and welcome new and different technologies to improve your project — e.g. Jetpack/Jetpack Compose, ARCore

Flutter

Responsibilities:

• Architecting, analysing and creating in-house applications using Flutter and other frameworks/languages as appropriate.
• Lead design principles and processes that improve software quality and bug resistance
• Participate in project meetings with management and other team members.
• Ensuring code is optimised, clean, consistent and follows the coding standards.
• Reporting and resolving issues related to current projects.
• Identifying and handling technical risks and issues.
• Working effectively in the team alongside other developers.
• Leading technical discussions with stakeholders in the company.
• Reporting on project statuses and developments in the pipeline.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a mobile developer.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field.
• Proven experience developing iOS/Android apps with Flutter.
• Knowledge of various state management strategies and design patterns.
• Up-to-date knowledge of popular Flutter libraries such as Provider/Riverpod, BloC/Cubit, freezer, GetIt/Injectable, etc.
• Experience with integrating mobile CI/CD.
• Experience with mobile software paradigms (e.g. MVC, MVVM, MVP, coordinator).
• Experience with unit testing and how to write modular and testable code.
• Solid understanding of architectural patterns addressing better code reuse, maintainability and ability to implement with Flutter.
• Must be familiar with Agile development methodologies, SOLID Design Principles, and knowledge of successful development workflows.
• Ability to provide in-depth evaluation and analysis of unique complex technological issues.
• Passionate about developing high quality software solutions.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent understanding and experience of software development processes.
• Experience with any of the following is a key advantage: Java/Swift experience, financial application development
• Experience with working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

iOS (Swift and Objective C)

Qualification

• 2+ years of experience doing hands-on software development
• 2+ years of experience doing iOS with experience using Objective C and Swift
• Strong object-oriented design and working knowledge of data structure and algorithms
• Knowledge of UIKit, GCD, Core Animation, Auto Layout, iOS memory management
• Familiar with iOS coding architecture like MVC and MVVM
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Positive can-do attitude
