Understand business requirements and recommend any potential digitalsolutions in terms of software development technology to support business decisions
Manage the strategy of software project development and tactical implementation of appropriate software technology
Design and develop the Software Functional Specification with existing systems in various businesses of PTG group by creating methodology of test and implementation based on Agile or Waterfall framework
Software project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, implementation, control, and final delivery of projects to meet expectations within timeline, quality and budget
Collaborate with all stakeholders of both internal and external for fixing problems to deliver the best solution Lead team in Functional Test, UAT to ensure quality of deliverable
Stay up-to-date on all kinds of software development technology related to retail and service businesses such as Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation, Microservice Architecture, Event-Driven Applications etc
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in software engineering, computer engineering, computer science or Related major (mandatory)
At least 10 years of work experience as Business Analyst, IT Project management or related fields
Experience in this kind of software development methodologies; AGILE, SCRUM, and Mobile Application
Experience in Supply Chain/POS systems for gas station business or similar business is a must
Ability to manage stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Demonstrated ability to facilitate idea generation and turning ideas into design, action and final products
Systematic thinking, Analysis and Problem solving skills are required.
Results-driven and ability to handle multiple projects
Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
Able to work in dynamic environment and under pressure
