1.Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields
2.Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies (e.g., Agile)
3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4.Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
5.Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
