System Analyst (SA)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with system users to gather requirements and participate in system testing with users (UAT) once the system development is completed.
• Analyze and design workflows to ensure that internal and/or external developers develop the system according to company standards.
• Support the operations and monitor the systems to ensure they function correctly.
• Provide support to users when issues arise during system usage.
• Coordinate with internal and/or external developers to resolve issues, ensuring the system works correctly, including analyzing the root causes and proposing preventive measures for future problems.
• Prepare or review documentation related to system development.
• Review and control system development to ensure it aligns with the analysis and design agreed upon in the design documentation.
• Advise users regarding developed systems or systems. 
• Able to perform basic checks for Web Applications and Windows Applications developed using Java (primarily), PHP, as well as HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Business Computer, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience working in System Analyst role.
• Experience in systems analysis and/or programming required with project management.
• Have basic knowledge and experienced in programming including Java (primarily), PHP, as well as HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Knowledgeable and skillful in databases such as MS SQL and MySQL.
• Have ability to exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing systems analyst tasks.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skill.
