Responsibilities

• Assigning and overseeing the daily tasks of technical team members while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
• Conducting risk assessments for projects
• Facilitate communication with the project team and other key stakeholders

Qualification

• 3 years of experience in an IT project management role
• Thorough understanding of IT project management fundamentals 
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong people skills
• Ability to communicate complex information to teammates
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; Critical-thinker with attention to detail
• Flexible, self-learning, self-motivated, team-player, willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
