A CRM Executive is responsible for establishing and strengthening customers’ relationship with the company. An ideal candidate is an individual with strong interpersonal skill, passionate in creating engaging digital content and can think well on his/her feet. The CRM Executive will be responsible for helping customers along customer journey funnel, namely;

Be the key contact person for customers
