CRM Executive 

A CRM Executive is responsible for establishing and strengthening customers’ relationship with the company. An ideal candidate is an individual with strong interpersonal skill, passionate in creating engaging digital content and can think well on his/her feet. The CRM Executive will be responsible for helping customers along customer journey funnel, namely;  

1. Awareness  

  • Craft and execute company’s digital marketing strategy that meets company’s objective (website, Facebook, LINE, Instagram, Linkedin, and TikTok) 
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendar for all channels 
  • Write blog posts and/or coordinate with marketing copywriter to promote our products and services. Proofread and edit articles by content writers, if necessary. 
  • Create content, copywriting and captions and work with/consult design team for any graphic works for social media contents 
  • Optimize published pieces using SEO guidelines. 
  • Monitor data dashboard for all channels and summarize in monthly meeting with management team  
  • Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media best practices to inform content strategy. 
  • Working with external PR/partner companies to enhance company’s exposure in the market 

2. Consideration 

Be the key contact person for customers 

  • Take active part in updating and presenting company’s credential  
  • Assist CEO in gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines 
  • Assist CEO in meeting with internal team to discuss customers’ need 
  • Follow up with clients after proposal submission and according to sale process 

3. Conversion 

  • Assist CEO in proposal creation along with sale/business development team 
  • Assist CEO in contract signing and PO issuance 

4. Loyalty 

  • Initiate campaigns to strengthen relationships with customers e.g. new year gifts, giveaways, knowledge sharing events etc. 

 Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor or higher in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing or related fields  
  • Fresh graduate with the right mindset and fast learning skill is welcome 
  • Knowledge and experience in LINE Official Account, LINE Business Manager, and LINE Developer Console is a big plus 
  • Proficiency in English is required 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in under pressure and time constraints 
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of what makes a good communication
