Client Acquisition - B2B

𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:

• Prospecting into new SMB and Mid-Market clients.
• Convert and upsell current monthly customers to annual agreements, and/or educating customers on buying the appropriate license for their needs.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly new account targets through proactive outreach, managing inbound referrals, direct marketing demand generation, cross-selling and upselling.
• Building contact lists through outbound communication.
• Educating, prospects, and customers on the Shutterstock product/service portfolio.
• Strengthening Shutterstock awareness within assigned territory or account list.
• Be a team player and uphold Shutterstock’s core values.
• This position does not have to close a sales deal.

𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙎𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚:

• Fluent in Thai and able to conduct business and negotiate contracts in Thai.
• Solid and relevant experience in fast-paced sales
• Experienced with high-volume calling
• Effective with email or phone in reaching decision-makers and closing sales
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to foster relationships with key decision-makers
• Be sales-minded and resourceful to hit set KPIs.
• Must be highly organized, have advanced skills in talent for multitasking
• Be able to work independently as well as within a team
• A proven ability to foster relationships with key decision-makers
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional departments to facilitate current and future business requirements
• Able to consistently follow up with customers over the phone or via email, even when there is no response after multiple contacts.
