Level: Senior (>= 2 yrs)

Salary: 40K - 70K

💻 ความรับผิดชอบ Responsibility

• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from planning to delivering projects.
• Act as interface or anything it takes to align understanding between clients and working team about goals, schedule, other activities related to project.
• Conducts interviews and meetings to discuss requirements and performs “As-Is” analyses to offer solutions and make recommendations to support business needs.
• Work with team to develop prototype and come up with "To-be" system flow and develop effort estimates and plan implementation of products, based on requirements.
• Create, maintain and communicate simple and helpful materials for any related documents (requirement, user story, acceptance criteria, business workflow, test case) to working team and stakeholders
• Ensure that the team meets the established goals, scope and timeline by monitoring tasks, clarifying questions raised by the team and providing regular reports on project status to management team and key stakeholders.
• Execute and monitor SIT/UAT/testing/migration activities to ensure they are completed as expected

💻 คุณสมบัติ Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related majors
• At least 2 years working experience in Business Analyst or related position
• Hands-on experience with SDLC
• Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills, presentation skill, documentation, logical thinking, and analytical skill
• Excellent in customer relationship management.
• Detailed oriented and always eager to learn new things
• Basic knowledge of Software development, Excel, Figma, Clickup.
• Humble but confident attitude, willing to ask questions and make mistakes without being blamed
