Application Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and maintain an effective application service, provide intelligence and analytics to optimize the performance
• Ensuring the systems are fully operational and any loss of service is restored in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing a high level of service and adhering to SLAs for response and restoration times
• Investigate, analyze problem and troubleshoot system issue and coordinate with related team to solve issue
• Responsible for implement and support applications
• Supporting application deployment.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology/Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Required Minimum 2 years’ experience in application support.
• Problem-solving attitude and sense of ownership.
• Good teamwork skills with an independent, proactive and positive attitude
• Good understanding of coding languages 
• Knowledge of Unix, SQL, Shell Script
