Programmer / System Analyst (C# / ASP.NET)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain programs (C# / ASP.NET) to support any working tasks.
• Manage and facilitate stakeholders from various Business Units and external entities who work with the Digital technology group
• Act as analyst and architecture role in the development, implementation and production operation of MTL Digital Technology Platform.
• Responsible for capturing requirements, designing, creating technical specifications, developing, and knowledge transfer to users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information and Technology or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in Solution Design and developing large IT Solutions.
• Good knowledge of C#, OOP, ASP.NET (MVC, Web Form), SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Version Control (Git).
• Experience with Digital-related technology.
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle, IT solution design, database architecture, network, Cloud architecture, cybersecurity management, and project management (e.g. Business requirements analysis, business process analysis, feasibility analysis - both technical and financial aspects, testing and automation)
• Good personality with excellent English communication and negotiation skills. 
• Having a good attitude toward team working and willing to work hard. 
• Self-motivate and initiative.
