Key Tasks & Responsibilities• Execute quality improvement testing and activities.• Develop quality assurance standards and debt collection processes.• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet qualitystandards.• Monitor risk management activities.• Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatoryrequirements.• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Qualifications• 25 – 30 years old• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related fields.• At least 2 years experiences at quality inspection, auditing and testing.• knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.• Can withstand strong work pressure, strong organizational andcoordination skills, well communication, and strong teamwork spirit• Good focus, priority and time management, detail-oriented• Must be self-motivator and self-starter.• Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, teamenvironment.• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, Excel).• Fluent communication skills in English and Thai
