Business Analyst

Responsibility- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives of Mitr Phol group- Be able to independently gather business requirements- Understand strategic business needs and shape requirements based on industry trends and new technologies- Conduct analysis, feasibility study and risk assessment to ensure that the information provided to senior management and stake holder is accurate and most beneficial to the organization- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance the integration- Determine and document user requirements for business process and abide by those requirements for future projects- Manage the product development team to create a strong end-product- Communicate effectively with team to achieve project goals- Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process- Schedule and lead meeting to identify issues and fixes for project

Qualifications

- Bachelor or master’s degree in IT, Engineer, Business Administration, or related fields- At least 2 years’ experience in IT product development or related fields (business analyst, system analyst)- Experience with working in a medium to large-scaled customer environment (factory, operation, product, technology, e.g.)- Experience in digital (performance) marketing or customer management, management consulting- Organized, can manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure- Good personality, communication and interpersonal skills- Positive Attitude, committed and self-motivated and able to drive the product from initial to go-live stage- Background of Agile principles and process- Creative and innovative thinker
