- Front-End Developer
• Develop and implement intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for the Aiden platform.
• Ensure responsiveness and seamless functionality across multiple devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to refine and align visual design and interactions.
• Optimize platform performance to enhance loading speeds and accessibility.
• Integrate APIs and data from the back-end team for a cohesive user experience.

- Back-end Developer
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Python, or similar back-end programming languages.
• Experience with database management (SQL, MongoDB, or others).
• Understanding of blockchain concepts and Web3 infrastructure.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and secure data handling.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

- Smart Contract Developer
• Proficiency in Solidity, Ethereum, and other blockchainframeworks.
• Experience with tools like Truffle, Hardhat, and Remix.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, DeFi, and NFTstandards.
• Prior experience in smart contract auditing andoptimization.
• Knowledge of front-end/back-end interactions in a Web3environment is advantageous.

- Project Manager (Web3) • Lead and manage the Blockchain project throughout its entire lifecycle, from initial planning and drafting to development, testing, and implementation.
• Conduct the project in collaboration with Web3 Developers, Marketing, Advisors, and Business Partners.
• Communicate with team members and external Business Partners to ensure mutual understanding and to report project progress to executives.
• Communicate, coordinate, and manage the manpower of the entire team.
• Manage the project schedule and progress smoothly.
• Create plans, monitor timelines and progress, and handle any issues that arise.
• Calculate the project budget, allocate funds, and improve budget utilization to ensure effective usage.
