We are currently seeking a person to work as a Project Manager who needs to be responsible for the digital transformation activities for our clients.
Work closely with all stakeholders to collect requirements from clients
Analyze those requirements to gain their real needs and do a feasibility study
Plan and propose solutions to answer those needs and have value to the client’s organization and users. Solutions are open to system development, process improvement and integration/use of existing software/system in the market is counted
Serves as the reference point between the business stakeholders and the technical team in making sure the requirements are clearly understood and translated to the functional requirements by leveraging on the resources and skill-set within and across the work-streams
Coordinate between all stakeholders to make sure that implementation of proposed solutions are in good condition (within risks, time, scope and resources)
Lead users to making sure that delivered solutions work as expected and have high quality
Skills and Qualifications:
Age 25-35 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, or IT related fields.
3+ years of experience as a project manager
Willing to work in a small, fast-growing and flat organization
Need variety and challenges
Believe in teamwork, self-learning, and fail to forward
Experienced in Agile ways of product development
Experienced in requirement analysis and/or user stories + acceptance criteria writing
Comfortable to interact with non-technical clients and have the empathy to understand their needs
Have a passion for delivering high value and quality solution to clients
Optimistic, result-oriented and highly motivated, with excellent analytical skills
Comfortable to work under pressure and meet deadlines, proactively execute and manage multiple tasks
Experienced in using document and project management tools, i.e., MS Office, Google suites, Teamwork, or Trello, etc.
