IT Helpdesk (IT Service)

Responsibilities:  

• ช่วยเหลือ, สนับสนุน และแก้ไขปัญหาของผู้ใช้งานทางด้าน Software และ Hardware เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง 
• วางแผนจัดซื้อ / จัดหา อุปกรณ์ IT Asset, Software license และจัดสรรให้ผู้ใช้งาน ได้รับตามที่ร้องขอตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด  
• จัดเตรียม และดูแลการใช้งานในด้านระบบ และ PC/Notebook/Tablet ของพนักงาน โดยประสานงานกับทีม COD 
• ศึกษา และค้นคว้าหาเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาและต่อยอดในงานที่ดูแล 
• ปฏิบัติงานตามการมอบหมายอื่น ๆ จากผู้บังคับบัญชา 

Qualifications:  

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ในสาขาวิชา Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering หรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง 
• มีประสบการณ์ในการทำ IT service desk อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป 
• มีประสบการณ์การดูแล จัดการ set up และแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับ Microsoft office รวมถึง Outlook email และ Microsoft 365 เช่น One drive, Share point, MS teams 
• มี Problem-Solving, Pro-Active และ Interpersonal skill 
• Good attitude with service-mind
