Operational Risk and Resilience Manager

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Applies expert understanding and knowledge of industry best practices, to implement technology, cyber and resilience risk management programmes.
• Coordinates the provision of key management information for risk committees and working groups.
• Leads other managers in the delivery of high-impact risk management programmes (where applicable).
• Develops and maintains productive relationships across the business and across the audit function with a view to collating and assessing business information throughout the year and update the assessments of the risks.
• Takes appropriate actions to monitor, report and mitigate risks outside of risk appetite.
• Contributes to strategic initiatives within group risk and supports delivery of training.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree or equivalent, and a relevant professional industry certification (ITIL, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, etc)
• SME technical knowledge of Technology, Cyber and Resilience Risk in Financial Services
• Strong previous relevant experience and stakeholder management
