Lead Software Engineer - [Ad]

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join highly collaborative, cross-functional, agile product development team responsible for building the best-of-class, seamless and intuitive core UIs focusing on customer experience, engineering excellence and time-to-market.

Digital Support & Feedback team is on a mission to deliver a frictionless support experience where Workspace users - LSEG's flagship SaaS financial platform - can access contextual and relevant help at their point in need, to drive user self-sufficiency, deepen understanding and engagement, and reduce pressures on Customer Success Managers and Helpdesk.

Essential Technical Skills and Experience

• Experience working with web technologies, using JavaScript/Typescript and Angular
• Experience with SPA / PWA development
• Experience with REST and PUBSUB
• A deep understanding of how Web Browsers work, such as Native browser (DOM) APIs, Object-Oriented and Functional Programming, Performance – Layout/Rendering/GC/Object (memory) Management.
• Understanding of how web frameworks like Angular work under-the-hood
• Understanding of how to build front-end frameworks at scale
• In-depth knowledge of CSS and modern styling techniques
