LITTO is an exciting new e-commerce startup based in Thailand with plans for international expansion. We are funded and already have a launched product with rapidly growing users. Our international team has extensive experience in Southeast Asia, US Silicon Valley, and Europe spanning e-commerce, logistics, fintech, crypto, data sciences, AI, and IoT.

We are looking for:

A Quality Assurance specialist who will be responsible for the creation of tests to identify issues with software before product launch. Tasks include identifying and analyzing any bugs and errors found during the test phase and documenting them for review. Our office is located in Bangkok and Nonthaburi (work from home 50-100% available after probation).

Responsibilities

• Create and refine user stories from product requirements.
• Review and develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
• Run various tests on new software products.
• Help tech teams design and implement tests. 
• Improve the end-to-end automated tests suite. 
• Participate in the whole development cycle.
• Document tools and workflows. Share with teams.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Software QA.
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies.
• Understanding of web and mobile development process.
• Experience working with JIRA. Know what a good workflow looks like.
• Basic SQL query skills.
• Familiar with monitoring and testing performance tools.
• Some knowledge of security testing.
• Experience with API testing.
• Open mind. Team player.
