Product Manager (FIT)

What are we expecting from you? Key Responsibilities: 

1. Capacity building and Business development 40% 

• Business Development: engage in activities that support business growth, such as identifying relevant government grants, attending events, and staying updated with publications and announcements that could benefit the company or its clients 
• Support Clients: assist clients with setting up food waste monitoring systems, including onsite visits to install and implement FIT technology in kitchens when needed 
• Capacity Building: conduct training and consulting sessions to raise awareness about food waste issues and guide clients on how to monitor and reduce food waste, e.g., by providing actionable insights and practical advice based on collected data 

2. Project Management 40% 

• Project Execution: plan and execute projects according to client needs, covering design, preparation, implementation, and follow-up stages 
• Project Tracking: ensure projects stay on track and meet all milestones, working under the guidance of a project manager and senior associates 
• Customized Solutions: develop tailored recommendations and solutions based on client requirements, capabilities, and constraints, ensuring high-quality deliverables 
• Content Creation: design and deliver content and services that meet our clients’ needs, ensuring accuracy and validation of results 
• Client Interaction: be the contact point for clients at the operative and managerial level, providing them with insights and reports on the bigger picture of the progress  
• CRM Management: maintain and update the CRM system to ensure effective and timely client management 

3. Management 20% 

• Team Management: lead and manage a team of Junior Data Analysts (among others Junior role), including both full-time employees and interns, to ensure smooth collaboration and drive team performance 
• Cross team collaboration: work in collaboration with other stakeholders and team to ensure effective communication, alignment on goals, projects, and overall direction to achieve the company objectives 
• Other related jobs as management assigned 

Who are we looking for? Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics with an IT focus or a related field. 
• Expertise in data, cloud, and AI, as well as initial experience with process automation, requirements, and IT project management with demonstrable knowledge of methods 
• Alternatively, minimum 3 years of proven practical and project experience in consulting or a company with an IT focus (e.g., IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT strategy, Data Science) 
• At least basic understanding of common coding languages (Javascript, C#, HTML, SCSS, TypeScript, Git) 
• Strong analytical skills, high creativity and excellent problem-solving skills 
• Strong people and service orientation, excellent communication skills, a passion for digitalization, and high levels of commitment 
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Fluent in English (TOEIC score 750 minimum) 
• Enthusiasm, motivation, and energy to shape the development of our applications 
• Mature, highly responsible, proactive, fast learner, a sense of humour is a plus
