We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager to lead our in-house web development team, working on our modern real estate platform. This role will involve building and managing a product development team, promoting best practices, and ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage, lead and inspire a team of web developers, fostering a collaborative and
innovative environment.
● Oversee all aspects of web development for our real estate platform, ensuring it
meets the needs of both our internal teams and public end users.
● Maintain a high level understanding of our core technologies, including PHP Laravel
and React JS.
● Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, building a cohesive,
high-performing team.
● Oversee server and infrastructure management, ensuring optimal performance and
security.
● Implement and promote best practices in web development and project
management.
● Effectively communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to all relevant
stakeholders.
● Plan and manage the lifecycle of our projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and
risk management.
● Work closely with other departments to align the technical team's efforts with
overall company strategy and goals.
● Continually explore and implement new technologies and strategies to enhance our
real estate platform and keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role in a web development
environment.
● Deep understanding of full-stack development, particularly with PHP Laravel and
React. Strong experience with microservices infrastructure.
● Experience in cloud infrastructure management.
● Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building
and leading successful web development teams.
● Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, scheduling, and risk
management.
● Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
● Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Strong customer-focus, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that
meet user needs.
● Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing industry.
● Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry
trends and technologies.
