To design customer experience of product for support Mobile applications and Web applications in Krungsri Consumers.
To maintain and improve customer and partner journey.
Major Accountabilities
Work closely with product discovery team, development across KRUNGSRI GROUP to deliver what customer needs.
Work closely with UX designer to deliver product design from conceptualization design, prototyping ready and design artifacts.
Work with UX designer to conduct some usability test, user research and design workshop.
Develop storyboards, flows, sketches, wireframes, animations, and prototypes at appropriate fidelities to communicate your design and ideas to business and development team.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Define and document new patterns for our established design system.
Produce functional mock-ups and production-ready assets for developer mobile user interfaces, elements, and screens.
Understand and create persona and user journey through user research and data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia design, human-centered design or related fields.
3-5 years of working experience in UX/UI Designer
Proficient with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in mobile application design and web design.
Experience in creating Design System.
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete
user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Financial Industrial and experiences as credit card user is a huge plus.
