Job Purpose

Full stack developer who has the ability and skills of senior developers and able to lead junior team members, while also possessing the ability to bridge the gap between the engineering team and other business teams.

Major Accountabilities

• Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards
• Designing, building and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements
• Writing testable, scalable and efficient code and leading code reviews
• Providing best development practice to developer team suite to project time line and company direction
• As a person to manage and assign developer resource to team
• As partner with SA team to develop the technical design solution and provide estimate effort for development
• Researching new programming technology trends follow to company direction and apply to development team

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer programming or any relate field
• 4 years in programming filed and at least 1 years as a senior or lead in a team.
• Excellent communication skill
• Quick problem – solving skill with exception aptitude and reasoning
• Good operator, presenter with influencing skill to manage and negotiate complex conflicting resolution
• Ability to frame idea in words to provide a perspective and outcome from analyzing them
• Knowledge of Java, API ,microservice ,Cloud ,database
• Good understanding of other code documentation like Git,Jenkins
• Professional experience in coding and database management
• Good interpersonal communication skill to work in a friendly workplace environment
• Adaptive and up for cross – functional collaborations to achieve common goals for the growth and development of the same
• Has experience in AI voice bot, IVR and CTI will be advantage.
