MIS - Supervisor

Job Description

• Perform sales performance report and incentive calculation.
• Ensure that MIS report and analysis are relevant, accurate and produced in a timely manner to support efficient and effective management decision making.
• Liaises with MIS team and other business functions/ departments to obtain required data for report generation.
• Perform sales-related analysis to help response to business questions.
• Summarize data in all dimensions related to selling functions.
• Estimate sale volume and incentive for monthly accrued expense.
• Monitor and track actual incentive expense for cost controlling purpose.
• Perform ad hoc analysis on sales performance and incentive upon request
• Create new centralize database for support deep analysis
• Develop, and maintain database structure and design dashboard report on BI tools (Tableau or Power BI)

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field, master's degree is preferred.
• More than 3 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, etc.
• Knowledge of Financial Consumer Products – P Loan, Credit Card in advantageous. 
• Good interpersonal & Communication skills.
• Advanced level of Excel and SQL
• Skills in Power BI, Tablo, and python would be advantage.
• Good Attitude with open-minded personality.

Work Location: KSPT Building, BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok
