As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and enhancing our decision-making processes through data-driven insights. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around Maketing Funnel Analysis, Campaign Initiative & Execution, Customer Insight, Customer Research, Marketing Analytics, Dashboard & Report creation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Funnel Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of our marketing funnel to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
  • Campaign Initiative & Execution: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
  • Customer Insight: Utilize data and analytics to gain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and trends to drive targeted marketing strategies.
  • Customer Research: Conduct research to gather insights into customer demographics, needs, and pain points, providing valuable inputs for product and marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Analytics: Create and maintain robust marketing analytics frameworks, employing various tools and methodologies to monitor campaign performance, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Dashboard & Report: Design and develop visually appealing and insightful dashboards and reports, presenting data-driven recommendations to support informed decision-making at all levels.

Qualifications:To excel in the role of Business Intelligence Manager, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data science, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques (SQL query). Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Campaign Management: Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer behavior and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to enhance the customer experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams, as well as lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Adaptability: The marketing landscape is constantly evolving; therefore, the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies is crucial.
