Lead Data and Automation Management (Python)

Job Description

The position will lead and involve with Business Project for requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. This position will also work closely with IT, BPMO, business users to define and prioritize requirements in order to achieve application implementation strategic goals

• Daily Lead generate and monitor.
• Daily Set Lead plan and analysis result.
• Design and discussion with related parties both internal and external to provide lead journey and implementation.
• Communication with the project team on project status, overall project performance, and the status report achieving the targeted timeline and scopes.
• Tracking and analysis of key factors related to the team i.e. call time, lead contract, lead call attempt, log in log out, etc.
• Establish and maintain a working relationship with technology management, business management, program sponsors, and application users.
• Participate in companywide cross-functional projects & programs.
• Initiative and Lean Process with automation step (RPA).
• Create an automation process to support internal flow with timing and correctly
• Monitor and Control the tele system and business system relation in part of user with IT production.
• Work with business counterparts to identify demand/ needs and prioritize

Qualification 

• Experience in analyzing data and roadmap
• Automate process
• Database Logic
• Team Player with a high level of interpersonal skills at multiple levels
• Telemarketing business knowledge is a plus
• Strong Python/ Access/ SQL/ Marco/ Power BI/ Tableau/ MS office
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consolidation skills

Work Location: KSPT Building, BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok
