Job Description

• Learn business process from several business functions and sometimes require to develop process mapping
• Assist business to design the technical solution from business requirements
• Develop and implement Robotics Automation tool under supervisor’s guidance and business requirement
• Manage the execution of the project with a focus on digital automation project
• Lead Project Teams and facilitates the communication and interaction among the functional representatives
• Tracking of Project Issues and management of the issues resolution process
• To provide the proactive consulting by identify and determine the optimal method and solution
• Review overall business workflow and look into areas for better efficiency and effectiveness on corporate operational performances
• Perform analysis for further development and implementation of a structured methodology for a smoother process
• Comply with Company’s rules and policies and follows professional practice

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• over 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Experience in process improvement, process mapping and Process analysis
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Have knowledge in IT common terms, logic for Development & Implementation process
• Multi-tasking with ability to handle multiple jobs assigned to deliver within timeline
