Site Reliability Engineer (Night and Bank Holidays)

Responsibilities

• Maintain availability of CI/CD pipeline.
• Deploy service updates and fixes.
• Monitor services and provide technical support at night and on bank holidays.
• Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues within the SLA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
• Knowledge of common infrastructure and application problems and issues.
• Ability to work at night and on bank holidays.
• Experience in AWS or other public clouds is preferred.
• Experience in system engineering and IT operation support is preferred.
• Past experience in financial industry is a plus.
• Strong problem solving skills.
