Role and Responsibilities:
• Act as interface between business users and IT team to liaise needs of IT solution supporting business growth and strategic plans
• Collaborate with business users, cross-functional teams and/or customers to develop business requirement and use cases which requires IT solutions
• Initiate new idea and be receptive to others’ idea for process improvement and system development
• Work with IT development teams, external partners and related departments e.g. Operation, Risk, Compliance, etc. for impact analysis and gap assessment to ensure completeness of solution delivery
• Develop essential documents and facilitate essential meetings among cross functional teams to complete functional requirement and responsible tasks
• Work with business users, Enterprise Architect, System Analyst, external partners and related teams for scope, budget, timeline and resources planning of the solution development
• Oversee and manage the quality of solution delivery and the day to day operational and tactical problem-solving
• Be able to understand and anticipate business needs, priorities, technology challenge and proposes best fit and optimum solutions
• Coordinate with related teams for user acceptance testing (UAT), production verification testing (PVT), train the trainers and go live readiness checking to ensure quality of solution delivery
• Manage and ensure stake holders’ satisfaction by prioritizing and managing expectations to successful delivery
• Monitor and evaluate post implementation and define changes for improvement
• Maintain knowledge in business process of responsible domains including customer needs and business plans
• Maintain relationship with business user community to understand business requirements and priorities
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analyst, system analyst or business process transformation, preferable from banking or consulting background
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in banking and loan business including related regulatory and compliance
• Excellent planning, systematic and conceptual thinking, time management, problem solving, risk management negotiating, coordinating and initiating skills
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution
• Experience in agile software development and design thinking for requirement development will be advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical groups, both in Thai and English
• Great interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of diverse people such as business users, developers, quality assurances, subject matter experts, and architects
• Experience of presenting to and managing expectations with high level executives would be advantage
• Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and an ability to work well under pressure
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
